We spend more than half of our waking lives at work. If what you're doing isn't bringing you alive, it's basically killing you. Isn't it time for work to be inspiring?
Whether you’re managing for the first time, clearing new hurdles, or running a high-growth business, leadership is a work in progress. We will work one-to-one to understand your strengths and create a safe sounding board for exploring challenges. Our coaching sessions will focus on your desired business results, the leadership behaviors you want to develop, and your team interactions. Together, we’ll determine where to focus our coaching efforts, step back to reflect on why these changes matter, and build a roadmap to enhance your leadership performance.
Since preschool, we’ve been learning how to work with others and play well in the sandbox. Whether sharing toys or working on high stakes projects, team dynamics are complex. Team coaching is designed for executives and groups of individuals who must work effectively together to uncover individual and shared strengths, as well as the gaps that may be holding the team back from achieving peak performance. Together, we’ll close interpersonal gaps, engage in healthy conflict, understand individual impact (positive or negative) on the team, and increase trust and understanding.
Are you still wondering what you want to be when you grow up? If you're planning your career transition and feeling stuck, we help you find your direction, write your story, and go after it. We often talk about work-life balance as if there’s a clear divide between the two. But we know that work is never just 9-5. Even if you’re one of the rare people who can siphon off work email and technology interruptions outside of business hours, what you do all day influences the rest of your life. Together, we move away from the elusive work-life balance, and toward work-life integration. We discover and connect who you are and what’s most important to you with your vision for how you want to lead your life. This foundational work moves you away from trolling Indeed.com and toward designing a career that works for you. With that in place, we get the building blocks (resume, LinkedIn, cover letter, interview preparation) you need to go after the career of your dreams.
