How it works
WillowTree is supporting you to use your professional development budget for coaching. Here’s how we’ll get started:
I’ll bill WillowTree directly, so you don’t have to worry about reimbursement. While WillowTree will know that we’re working together, the content of our calls is confidential.
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive your onboarding materials and a link to set up your first foundation session.
Our first session will be focused on establishing the goals for the coaching, designing the coaching relationship, and moving you forward.
Subsequent sessions will take place approximately every 2 weeks, and our time will be focused on enhancing awareness, considering options for change, and creating action plans aligned with your individual development plan and goals. Sessions can take place by phone or video conference.
Between sessions, I’ll hold you accountable for executing the action plan, and each session, we’ll debrief the learning to create lasting behavioral change.
