The Game Plan
Phase 1: Understand the Current State
We’ll start with a 1:1 conversation to understand the team’s current rhythm, your goals for the meeting, and what feels off. Then we’ll send a survey to hear directly from the other executives on the team.
Phase 2: Observe the Meeting
We’ll sit in on a live exec team meeting — as a fly on the wall — to understand what’s working, what’s missing, and how the meeting feels in practice.
Phase 3: Deliver the Tune-Up
You’ll receive a concise but actionable set of recommendations, along with a tailored agenda you can begin using right away. We’ll walk through it together and talk through how to roll it out effectively.
This program is led by Executive Coach, Lisa Rogoff. Lisa partners with CEOs to build and develop their executive teams, create alignment behind company vision and strategy, and develop “Best Places to Work” cultures. She has designed and facilitated hundreds of executive, leadership, and company offsites, and partners with CEOs to create gatherings that are attuned to the company’s culture and stage of maturity.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring in a Chief of Staff, COO, or another trusted partner to any part of the tune-up.
